I am receiving this message after clearing my cache and trying two different browsers. I was able to successfully send one and then this started happening. What else can I do and what is the time frame to fix this issue?

The error message continues to show up. I was at the page to click on Netfile, which I did. A message comes up saying it can't be Netfiled until I hit the Review... which I did today, yesterday (and note - I've already done the review several times before in the past couple weeks and it did not give me this error message) and when I hit the Review button, I get this message, which means I can not Netfile my return as it won't let me go past that.
If this error can not be resolved I will need to use another online provider for this service. I expect I will be refunded for my subscription that I have already paid for.

I continue to get the same message - I have cleared the cache multiple times: the message is "this wasn't expected. we are working on it". Is there a Help Desk I can call to help me with this or please refund me my money and I will use another provider.
