I have called every number listed, CRA was busy and ended the call after 10 minutes trying to get through. i have also tried to call the numbers listed for Turbo tax and also got redirected and instructed to post on here.
Is this your first time filing a return to the CRA? If it is, you won't be able to NETFILE. Instead, you'll need to print & mail your return.
You also might be getting this message if you changed your personal information and didn't update the CRA with the info. If this is the case you can call the CRA to update their records, or you can do so via the CRA's My Account service.
