Hello,
I am an international student that worked part-time during 2022. I tried filing my taxes earlier, however, I got faced with an error that prevented me from doing so. Although I tried troubleshooting the problem in many ways, the issue remains unsolved. The following is the error message that pops-up when I try to file my tax:
Message from the CRA:CRA Result Code: 15
Your account is locked. If you need assistance, please contact us. contact us
You have 2 options:
• Recommended - Try NETFILE again in a few minutes.
Please note: You only have 5 attempts to NETFILE your return before the CRA will lock you out.
If the problem persists, please contact TurboTax Customer Support for assistance.
• Print and mail your return to the CRA.
If this is your first time filing a Canadian income tax return you will need to print and mail your return.
