filing stage and its telling me I'm "reporting a total taxable capital gain, net capital loss, or principal residence designation on Schedule 3" How do I clear this?

I've gone through easy steps and said "NO" to selling my principle residence and "No" to anything related to capital gains. It shouldn't be submitting a schedule 3. When I look at Sched 3 it's all zeros, all the other related forms are zero's as well.

Did you have a loss from a previous year that might have gotten carried forward to 2024? If you are preparing your return with a spouse/partner, do they have something on Schedule 3 or a related form.
