My taxation parameters have not changed this year compared to past years and yet I am being told that due to 'investment income', I MUST upgrade to Premier at double the cost ($90). Why is this happening? It will not let me proceed unless I do.
Please see our TurboTax FAQ: Why did I have to upgrade my TurboTax Online edition?
Premier includes the ability to add investment income and expenses, and rental property income and expenses to your return. This includes things like bank interest, stocks, bonds, dividends, mutual funds, capital gains, etc...
Thank you for choosing TurboTax.
