The foreign tax credit on the T2209 does not agree to the foreign tax worksheet, which has the correct amount of foreign taxes paid as per the T3 slips.
Perhaps the issue is with currency. Sometimes the slips are issued in say USDs. But when you enter foreign income you are entering the CDN$ equivalents.
