Form 8915F-S Error When trying to finalize Tax return

When going through filing my taxes, I accidently clicked "Yes" under the "Did either of you take a disaster distribution at any time between 2018 and 2020?"

I misunderstood and thought it was referring to the Economic Impact payments. I have tried to go back and click "No". I was able to change my answer, however, when I try to finalize my return, I get the two messages attached. 

This seems like a glitch
