Form T1A not received by CRA

Submitted tax return including T1A "Request for Loss Carryback" via NetFile. Tax fileing processed and received Notice of Assessment that stated current year Capital Loss but nothing about the T1A. The T1A is included in the PDF confirmation of filing as provided by NetFile. Just talked to CRA who indicated that they DID NOT receive the T1A (not in their computer records). I had to send in a paper copy and hopefully that will be processed. So it appears that

A/ there is an error between TurboTax NetFile and the CRA whereby the T1A included in my TurboTax filing was not transmitted (or a CRA error that the form was not received).

B/ there is something missing in what I provided in the T1A entered to TurboTax that was not flagged as an error.

END RESULT, if i hadn't followed up with CRA i would not have received the full tax refund I am entitled to.

BTB, this process sucks. A customer centered company would have their product experts reply to a reported error rather than a customer forum.

Form T1A not received by CRA

Same happened to me, but I checkedCrA and noticed that the file was received and was processing, when I checked later though there was no evidence of such file, I guess it was lost somehow, any thoughts anyone how can we fix this??? How Turbo tax can help?

Form T1A not received by CRA

@Ariofun Did you check your Notice Of Assessment? It should say something like "We got your request to carry back a loss to previous years. If we change a previous year's tax return, we will send you a notice of reassessment." if the CRA received the T1A.
