Getting Error 561 even if my calculcations are correct

I'm getting error 561 even if I've done the correct calculations.

I've done the same calculations last year and didn't encounter the same error. Called TurboTax support and they said I cannot file both tuition credits and the $250 Canadian Training Credit (CTC) at the same time....but I filed both for last year's return and got no errors.

Getting Error 561 even if my calculcations are correct

I keep getting the same error, 1 year later.  They clearly haven't fixed the issue. Hopefully someone can help?

Getting Error 561 even if my calculcations are correct

It means: You entered an amount for eligible tuition fees on line 32000 and/or line 32001 of the federal Schedule 11 and on line 59140 on the provincial or territorial Schedule 11.

Please make sure that you enter your tuition fees only where they belong.

It sounds like you are doubling them.

If you remove all of your tuition information and start that section again- if the issue persists please contact our phone support team at 1-888-829-8608.

Thank you for choosing TurboTax.

I got this same error, maybe because my tuition fees for this year and last year (which I carried forward) were exactly the same. So it may look like I entered the tuition twice, but in fact it was 2022 tuition (32000), and unused provincial 2021 tuition (Line 1 of MB(S11)).
