Have a small business that has a gst number. Is there a different turbo tax when you have a gst number??

Nope. If you're using TurboTax Online you can use the Self-Employed version. If you’re using TurboTax Desktop, we recommend the Home & Business version.

You do need to file a separate GST/HST return though. This CRA page has more info on filing a GST/HST return: Complete and file a GST/HST return
