"Help" Link Goes to 404 Page

The "Help" link for the following question results in a popup with a 404 page.

Did you move at least 40 kilometres to be closer to a new school or work location?
If you moved to or from Canada, you must read Help to determine if you qualify to deduct moving expenses. If you do not qualify, then select No below.

 Where does the "Help" link go? What page does it display? Where can I get the same info from the CRA?
