Hi,
we have expenses which is qualified to claim home accessibility expenses credit. May I ask if higher income taxpayer can claim the credit? The expenses is to install some wheelchair ramps for my father in law. Does this credit have to be claimed under his son's name or me, daughter in law can claim it?
Thanks.
The person who has their name on their Disability tax credit is the one who can claim it.
Thank you for choosing TurboTax.
