Home energy efficiency tax credit limits and heat pump credits for 2023 not updated?

The Federal home energy efficiency tax credits appears to be capped at $500, which is the limit from 2022.  The 2023 limit should be $1200.   Also does not allow me to claim the new 2023 Inflation Reduction Act tax credits for heat pump water heaters ($2000).

This Intuit webpage suggests these new tax rules were updated in Dec 2023, but I do not see these items reflected in the desktop software?
