How do I enter an amount (2000) into line 31400 (I think) of the tax form using turbo tax online?

Thanks ( I took 2000 in RRIF income which i understand is tax free withdrawal at lowest tax rate.

In your TurboTax Online return, you will go to your menu on the left and click on Income then T-slips then T4RIF as seen in the image below then click on Enter New T4RIF for ___. Enter your information from each box on your information slip and click on Done With T4RIF to save your entries.
