How do I file a return for a deemed resident of Quebec when I select deemed resident in the status it assumes that I am deemed resident of Canada without provincial tax.

How do I file a return for a deemed resident of Quebec when I select deemed resident in the status it assumes that I am deemed resident of Canada without provincial tax.

TurboTax will only show you the Quebec forms if you choose Quebec as your province. So, you would have to choose whatever your status or province is to create your Federal return. Then create a copy and change the province to Quebec so that you can fill out the forms for Revenu Quebec.
