I have been waiting over 1.5 hours to request a review of my claim. Received a message saying "someone will call you soon" but it hasn't happened. What is the wait time?
@amycheetham80 We are unable to see what the wait times are for the phone lines. Our tax experts try to get back to customers as quickly as possible, but as its the day after the filing deadline, there may be a longer than usual wait.
FYI: If you or your spouse is self-employed, though your taxes owing are still due on April 30, 2024, but your tax returns are not due until June 17, 2024.
