    How to call tubro tax about purchase error

    I purchased a desktop version and was unable to download it to that device I have my product code and receipt order # but can't download onto another laptop, when I sign in online it make me repurchase another product.

    What happens when you try to download TurboTax CD/Download onto the other laptop. Or is the other laptop not a Windows 10/11 computer?
