I have Turbotax standard online with 8 returns. I have net filed 3 returns. For one return, the order page charged a return to my counter then did not netfile it due to an error. When I went in again, it was going to charge another return on the counter on the order page - page just before netfile.
My counter shows 4 available of 8. Turbotax techs refuse to set the counter back one as I should have called.
I have already spent 3 hours with them arguing about this as it is perfectly obvious I have only filed 3.
Any advice to get my count back?
