How to merge accounts

Hi,

I have two Intuit accounts.

My old returns are all linked to [email address removed].

I no longer work there and would like to link my past returns to [email address removed].

How can I do this?

You would have had to update your email address, and use the same TurboTax account to complete all your returns under the same one. 

You can change your user ID, email address, phone number and security questions by signing into your online TurboTax account, for direct access to your Account Settings.

For 2020 - 2021 versions, the Account Settings option is now located directly above the Sign Out option in the sidebar menu of your product.

Note: You can only sign in to the online version of TurboTax for the tax years 2021 and 2020 to update your account info.
