    I am looking for my Serial number of your Record of Employment (Block 1):? can someone help?

    The record of employment (ROE) form is not required for a tax return, so we wouldn't be able to help you with it.  You can contact Service Canada for more information on the ROE: Contact Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC)
