and also I open my car account but I didn't attach my bank details with that maybe that's why but if I didn't attach my bank details with car then they gonna send me a mail by post but I didn't receive any mail or any update

Did you get a NETFILE confirmation code? If you don't have a confirmation code, you still need to submit your tax return using NETFILE. Not sure how? Follow these instructions for TurboTax Online or TurboTax Desktop.
