I have 101 T5008 forms on My Cra Account. The income tax software only shows 21 when I look at how many I have from autofill. Do I have to go through them individually.

If the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) is not showing all your forms in Auto-fill, yes you will need to enter them individually or add them to enter totals. You may want to verify the amounts as the CRA sometimes totals them already.
