I have a Macbook and it does not open the downloaded program. Can I get a refund?

If you bought TurboTax from our website, you'll find your order number in the email you received after purchase.

If you bought TurboTax through a retailer, you'll find your order number and license code in your email (for online orders) or on the product box (if you received one).
