If you are using TurboTax Online, go to the Tax Home page, click on Provincial, and then click on Review. Continue forward until you get to the page where you certify your info. That page will have a spot to enter/change your NETFILE Access code. Click "Yes I certify" to save your changes.
If your access code still doesn't work, you can try filing without it - it's optional.
