I have not received employment income, why is turbo tax insisting I fill out the form I can't get past the Locked item on the form

To get off the T4 page, click the “Back” button at the bottom of the page. Then click “Done With T4 Slips” to move on to the next step of the interview.

To make sure that you don’t see the T4 page again: 

• In the left menu, please select Income
• Select T-slip, it will show you options, then click on T-slip summary
• Unchecked T4 box and it won't show the T4 page anymore
