I am getting the same error.
I do not have it running in the background. I don't have more than one application open. I have one screen open and the error isn't happening in the same spot - I advance in any given page and it crashes.
This has happened five times now.
"You already have TurboTax open in another tab/window, etc.."
SUPER ANNOYING!
Can you please try to reboot your computer and try again. Thanks!
