I left Canada during the year but line 18 on my Revenu Quebec paper return is blank. Why is that?

I am a resident for part of the year (left to the US where I am a resident alien for tax purposes). I indicated on turbotax the correct information with the date I left.

Turbotax put the right information on my T1 condensed (date I left is filled properly) but nowhere does it say on my provincial return with the MRQ that I left Quebec and that I am no longer a resident there. Lines 17 and 18 (country of current residence and date in which I left Quebec) are blank on my return. Is that normal? Should I manually amend this?

Also, Turbotax applied for the Crédit d'Impôt pour Solidarité but I'm not sure I am eligible for it. Am I?

Thanks!

If you were a US resident on December 31, 2018, line 17 and 18 of your Quebec tax return should show the same information that the Information about your residence section on your Federal tax return.

To claim the solidarity tax credit for the period from July 2019 to June 2020 you have to be a Québec resident on December 31, 2018.
