I live in Ontario and work in Quebec. I have received 2 T4's from the same employer with different amounts and different provinces of work. Which T4 do I use?

You would have to check with your employer to see if they are two different ones or if one is an amended one. If they are different, you would put both in. If one is amended, then you would only use that one, and not the original.
