Hi I'm using the full service and preparing my tax return abroad. Looks like there is some issue with roaming with my number which made me unable to receive phone calls from the assistant (from that [phone number removed] number).
It is possible to use other methods for communication? I saw on the website that communications with the tax expert can be done by online video chat, but I cannot find a way to do this.
Besides, although I can't receive calls from the customer service number, I can successfully make calls to that number. So if you can give a number for me to callback that should also work.
To start the video chat, they would need to call you first, but the Tax Experts can only phone Canadian phone numbers.
If you are using Full service, your Expert’s name will appear beside "Documents" in the top right of your return. You can click on the icon to send them a message and ask if there is another way they can do the review with you.
For some reason, the calls coming from assistant it’s not coming through to my phone. I paid for the fall $120 and I can’t get any further. I would like to know how to resolve this. If I can’t, I’m gonna have to ask for a refund and file my taxes some other way.

Can you please advise what is happening when they call you? Is it that you can't hear them? Did you start a chat with your expert as of yet?
