I'm stuck at the screen saying how did u do your taxes last year- i can't click the options and clicking con't reloads it. help?
Software issue. Will not let me continue past the How did you do your taxes last year. All options are greyed out. Continue just reloads the page. Help
I am experiencing an endless loop on the page 'How did you file your taxes last year?' I am unable to select any of the options and when the page reloads and repeats.
In one of the stages of filling out a tax return form I can't go further when I click the "Continue" button. It just reloads the same page over and over again.
Can't get past the page asking " How did you do your taxes last year" Won't let me pick anything and clicking next just reloads that same page.
