I need a call back but I won't have access to my computer where TurboTax is uploaded to request it during Turbotax hours. How can I get a call back or contact Turbotax?

If you are using TurboTax Live Assist & Review, you can login to TurboTax using any computer with a modern web browser. You can also use the app for iOS or Android as well. So, if you have another computer or a cellphone that you can use (or borrow), you can request a call that way.
