    I paid for expert help and no one responded. I feel ripped off.

    I also Paid for Full Service and I stopped receiving communication. No one is helping me. No one is taking ownership of the problem and its disgusting. I can't believe they treat people this was. No one will give me a better way to communicate and get answers. All I get back is someone will contact me. When????
