i purchased business incoporated TurboTax software but the activation code/license is not valid

i purchased business incorporated TurboTax software online, i installed on my computer, i enter the license code to activate the software but i get error message saying that the activation code/license is either missing or invalid. there is no phone support for business software. i called this number (1 888- 829-8608) but the person said he only support personal turbotax software/online products. 

I am not sure how to make this product work or where to get support. i paid $265 for this software that does not work now. please help
