I receive a car allowance from my employer. When filling out the details of my expenses (Ontario) do I put the $ under "HST taxable" section or "zero rated & exempt"?

This is in the employment related driving section of Employment Expenses

Are you a salaried employee or paid by commission? Did you get a T2200 from your employer?
