I received a $1000 scholarship and used it to pay for my college tuition, and I'm confused about how to report this.

I studied as a full-time student last year and used this amount to pay for my tuition. I'm not sure which box I should report this amount in. Like, eligible $500 exemption, not elegible, part-time, full time

You'd put your scholarship in the Box 105 that matches your situation. So, if you have a Full-time scholarship: also have T2202 with months in Box 25, you would use the 1st Box 105.
