i've tried logging in/out over 2 days keeps reopening same page cannot do anything and the callback button says unavailable! anyone have turbotax phone number?

I used the pension optimizer topic. As the information is loading the screen freezes and I get a message that reads:  ww1.2024.caturbotaxonline.com says  Status Text.

When I click OK, the screen goes dark and I cannot proceed with anything.  HELP
