I wish to complete my own taxes using the Deluxe however the program keeps popping up with Expert Assist and will not let me choose another option. What gives?

Are you starting a completely new return or are you transferring info from last year?

If you are transfering your return, then when you are on the page where it shows what you used last year, scroll to the bottom & click on "See all TurboTax Products" to select a different product.
