Hi

I am from the UK and have been in Canada for the last two years and used TurboTax for my return last year. This year however I am back in the Uk to activate my second visa but due to a medical emergency I am currently unable to return to Canada. Which means I cannot access my Canadian phone number which means I cannot access original Turbo tax account so had to create a new one, without my Canadian phone number I cannot access my CRA account to change an address which means I cannot file my taxes. I have tried to use the full service but cannot get passed the current mailing address page because I currently do not have a mailing address in Canada. What on earth am I supposed to do!? I would love to just have a call with someone to go through the whole situation but cannot find a way to with my UK number

Unfortunately, we do not offer Full Service outside of Canada. You may need to wait to return to Canada to file your taxes or print and mail your return after you fill them.
