Completely updated/reinstalled 2021 desktop version will not import from CRA?
Links to CRA says connection established, but in turbotax it says downloading then errors out with No information found. Have 65 files in the CRA site.
Tried all 3 browsers on desktop, rebooted, reinstalled etc. Same every time.
Tried online version, worked perfectly, but cant save file to open in already paid for desktop version?
Cant find any Intuit direct email or phone support info to troubleshoot?
Looked through all other similar troubles online and can find no fix, HELP me with this POS program please.
Ended up solving by, installing on another laptop, which imported forms fine. Saved and reopened on desktop to complete return?
No idea why the import would fail on original machine, even after multiple reinstalls.
