Income - Is it zero?

My husband and I file together, when I go to file my husbands taxes it says error and won’t let me file. It says I have an income of zero but I answered the question that I do not have an income of zero because on line 10100 my income shows as $289. I called the cra and they said if I had income on line 10100 then it’s not zero. The only thing I’m wondering if I could be wrong as is it says net income on line 23600 is zero. I didn’t work last year because I was on LTD at work. Should I change it to say his spouse does have an income of zero?

Is the error referring to Net Income? If so then you would answer based on line 23600, not Line 10100 – Employment income.
