IRA Information Worksheet-2024

I have a SIMPLE IRA marked so on my W-2.   After preparing my return I noticed my "IRA Information Worksheet" shows the contribution in Part II-lines 6 and 9 and in Part, V-lines 33 and 51 to be Roth IRA contributions.  Has anyone else had this issue and should it prevent me from filing?
