Is the summary correct in the bottom line it say the my wife owes and I have a refund. Does cra take the difference she owes from my refund?

Yes, the summary is correct. Even if you did a spousal return, each of your returns gets filed individually. The Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) will not use the refund of one to pay the other. One spouse will need to pay the amount due and the other will receive their refund.
