Can't open the desktop app today April 3rd. It starts, asks me to update, I click yes, and then it just closes down and won't do the update or let me skip the update and just open the program to work? A colleague can't download the product currently either from the site? Is the server down or something?

I just uninstalled Turbo tax and went to the link you provided to download the current version and when I clicked on "download" nothing is happening. Is there something wrong on your end????
As mentioned by others, when trying to open Turbo Tax today, April 3, it asks you to update but only closes before doing the update. Cannot open the app. Please advise if there is an issue at your end.

Please try uninstalling & reinstalling the program using the download from our website. It will not delete any of your saved returns.
I uninstalled the software and when I went to install it again it the download link does not work?
Is there something wrong with your download site?
