There are different reasons why this may happen:
1. The user is looking at our 2016 product rather than the 2018. You can ensure you are in the 2018 product by looking at the address bar in your browser. If the URL is ww1.2018.turbotaxonline.intuit.ca you are in the right place.
2. The form in question may not have been updated since 2016. If you tell us what specific form you are looking at, we can confirm this.
