Lenght of my last name

The program is saying there two many characters on my last name. And because of it, I cannot transmit my taxes online. Information on CRA and Turbotax won't match. Why the program does not have same number of characters as CRA and Service Canada?  It should be 28 for last name

TurboTax Online allowed a maximum of 30 characters for Last name. This is a limitation from CRA. As of the issue about not having the same last name from what you entered on your TurboTax return and what CRA have in their files, for that you will have to contact CRA to be able to Netfile your return.
