The following situation pertains to the desktop version of Turbotax. I used up 1 license code (8 returns above $25,000) and I switched to a new license code. I had to submit an amendment to a return which was counted under my first license code. Unfortunately Turbotax counted this person a second time. Even worse, as a result of double counting this person, I may have to go over my 20 maximum returns that I am allowed to file with the CRA as a private individual. Alternately I may be forced to buy the software again to obtain a new license. Please advise as to next steps to resolve this situation.
