Line 25600 - other income exempt under a tax treaty

The CRA just sent me a letter requesting support documentation for a deduction on Line 25600. My TurboTax T1 includes an "Additional deductions - line 25600" statement that lists an amount for "15% of U.S. social security benefits reported on line 11500" (which I understand) and also second amount for "Other income exempt under a tax treaty" (which I cannot figure out the source of).  Where might this second amount come from?

The other income under "exempt under peace treaty"- would be income received from another country.

Line 25600 - other income exempt under a tax treaty

I have the same question.  I actually reported foreign income under tax treaty, but it does not show up in Line 25600.  I worked out twice, and it still does not show up, and thus causing me a higher taxable income.  Please help.

Could you please explain how the deduction for "Other income exempt under a tax treaty" is calculated and specify the name of the tax treaty and the section that allows this deduction.
