My account has been locked after multiple attempts to submit my return. Can you please tell me how to unlock my account and tell me what needs to be fixed?
If your NETFILE account is locked, then you'll need to contact the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) to unlock it.

Once it’s unlocked, let us know what the exact error message is that you are getting when you try to NETFILE. If you would like to contact our phone support team, you can call them at 1-888-829-8608.
