Lost my first installation

Hello, a few days ago I installed Turbo Tax 2022 in a computer that stopped working completely. Then, I proceeded to install it in a second computer but I would like to remove that first computer from my count of three, please. 

 

Could you help me with that?

Unfortunately, that is not possible as it shows that it was already used in one computer. You can contact our phone support team to see if they can assist you at 1-888-829-8608.
