I bought TT 2022 as usual, used the 2021 last year on my MacBook Pro. Went to install from the 2022 disc and the install "quit unexpectedly". The requirements stated that this works for Big Sur 11 or later, of which Ventura is a "later" update. My system meets all other criteria for memory, hard disk space, etc.
I have the cash register receipt for its purchase, but I bought it 45 minutes away at our closest Sam's Club, and two months ago. (I procrastinate on taxes.)
What can I do?
